Tuesday – Fail – only 7 hours of sleep.
Wednesday – Fail – only 7 hours of sleep.
Thursday – Success – 7.5 hours of sleep!
Friday – Success – 9.5 hours of sleep!
I will definitely end the week with getting over 7.5 hours of sleep on Saturday and Sunday nights so I am not too worried about that. I definitely need to keep focusing on getting myself to bed on time during the week, though as you can see by my mixed results. And, despite getting more sleep this week, I still managed to come down with a bit of a cold. I think that I may have delayed the cold by a few days but by the end of the week, it caught up to me.., I can only just imagine how I would have felt if I had gotten less sleep.
A few lessons learned:
- Planning ahead is important. If I can get myself ready for bed a few min
- Eat dinner earlier. I ended up having to stay up a bit later trying to finish my dinner.
- Don’t start projects late. I had a couple of missteps because some house related projects got started too late. They definitely could have waited until the following day.
