I had a bit of a rough night last night. I was tired, sad, and just sort of run down so I definitely didn’t stick to my meal plan in the way I wanted. A few too many craisins and almonds… it sure coulda been worse. Instead of thinking about how horrible that was – I am going to think about how far I have come.
1.) I recognized that it was a few too many handfuls and I stopped.
2.) Almonds and craisins are not going to kill me. In fact, they are pretty healthy.
