The Week Ahead

Well, it is Sunday once again.  Where did the weekend go??  It seems to have flown by so quickly that I can’t remember what I did but here I am, again, planning out the week ahead.  I finished up the laundry, did the dishes and cut veggies for the week ahead.  Unfortunately, I managed to freeze some of my veggies… so, I quickly just cooked them up on the stove for part of my Sunday night dinner.  Delish!  I should have thought of that earlier.

 

Snacks: Same as last week.

Dinners:

Monday – Grilled Tilapia, Noodles, Peas, and Fruit

Tuesday – Chicken Burger, Veggies, and Fruit

Wednesday – Salmon Burger, Noodles, Peas, and Fruit

Thursday – Ravioli (or Macaroni & Cheese or Burrito & Rice), Veggies, and Fruit

Friday – Veggie Burger, Noodles, Veggies, and Fruit

 

Exercise:  Following Friday and after giving it a lot of thought, I am going to loosely follow week 2 of the New Leaf Program.  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be a combination of cardio and strength training.  Tuesday and Thursday will be steady state / recovery cardio.
