Late Meetings

Late meetings interrupted my dinner plans for last night.  I had planned on making Tilapia, Noodles, and some veggies but, unfortunately, Adam had meetings running all evening so I had to change my plans up. No matter… I forgot to take the Tilapia out of the freezer anyway.

We ended up settling on Burritos.  They are so simple – pop them in the microwave for a couple of minutes and they are done.  I didn’t end up taking any pictures because I was starving by the time that Adam got home so you’ll have to deal with a recycled picture.

I ended up staying up late last night as I am working from home today.  I ended up watching Millionaire Listing on Bravo.  There is something about that show that I just find fascinating.  I don’t really care for the people – I mostly just like to look at the apartments. I mean, can you really imagine spending $16 million dollars on an apartment??

I took advantage of my no commute day and slept in this morning before heading down to the arc trainer.  The other benefit of sleeping in / working out a bit later is that there were different TV shows on. I definitely enjoyed that!  I did intervals for the first half of the workout and then settled into a fairly consistent pace for the rest of the workout.
