I seriously wanted to skip my workout this morning and do it tomorrow instead. This is a shocking first for me – I’ve never even considered it a possibility before but for some reason I did today!
As I got out of bed, I promised myself that today would be an easy workout but by the time I got downstairs I had changed my mind. I decided to go hard for at least the first half of the workout before pulling back and go hard I did. It felt really good.
After my 90 minutes of cardio, I picked up my weights to do 30 minutes of strength work. All in all I am pretty proud of this workout given that I had wanted to put it off for a day and I am really glad that I didn’t so that I can sleep in as long as I like tomorrow morning!
So, now that it looks like it is definitely going to rain tomorrow I’m quickly trying to finish my grocery lists for tomorrow. There is an indoor Farmer’s Market near me and I think this might be a great time to check it out as I have a huge list of vegetables that I want to get!
