After the candy and big Easter meal this weekend it sure did feel good to workout this morning. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do so I made up a little workout for the Arc Trainer.
I started with 2 minutes at a higher resistance and then two minutes at a lower resistance. I then increased to 3 minutes at the higher resistance with 2 minutes at the lower… I kept increasing until I got to 10 minutes at the higher resistance and then started working back down again. Although, with a 90 minute workout, you can only go back down to 9 minutes at the higher resistance.
I really enjoyed this workout as it gave me something to focus on and it also really got my heart rate up in spots.
I love how a good workout can make you feel so much better! I followed this with 30 minutes of weight lifting which was good. I keep meaning to find some new strength workouts but don’t. I seriously need to make time for that as my existing circuit is getting both boring and stale.
