The Week Ahead

We drove to my grandmother’s for Easter on Saturday afternoon after mowing the lawn and doing a few outdoor chores around the house.  Adam took some supplies to try and make his own kite … unfortunately, that was a pretty big failure but it was fun to watch him trying to fly it.  I am sure my grandmother’s neighbors all thought we were a bit crazy.

We ended up staying at grandma’s a bit longer than we had originally planned but we still got home early enough to finish up the wash and get things sort of ready for the week.  I find that going away for the weekend kinda throws me off.  I need to get better with going with the flow.  Anyway, we stopped at the grocery store on our way home to get food for our meals this week.  I also had time to finish the laundry, do the dishes, and cut up veggies for the week.

 

Snacks: Apples, Carrots, Cheese, Fiber Gourmet Crackers, Vitamuffins, English Muffins, Fiber 1, and Pretzels

 

Meals:
Monday – Tilapia, Spinach, Noodles

Tuesday – Shrimp, Veggies and Noodles

Wednesday – Honey Mustard Chicken, Noodles, and Veggies

Thursday – Salmon Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries, and Veggies

Friday – Leftover Honey Mustard Chicken, Noodles, and Veggies

 

Exercise:

Monday – 90 minutes cardio & 30 minutes strength

Tuesday – 120 minutes cardio

Wednesday – 90 minutes cardio & 30 minutes strength

Thursday – 120 minutes cardio

Friday – 90 minutes cardio & 30 minutes strength
