One Healthy Step At A Time

Well, I managed to do okay last week with not eating after 8:30 pm.  I made it 4 out of the 7 nights…  progress. That is definite progress.

This week there are going to be two healthy steps. First, I am going to make it 5 nights (Monday – Friday) of not eating after 8:30 pm.  I know that I can do this!  We tend to eat a bit later on the weekends which makes it a bit tougher so I am going to start by getting the week days straightened out and then concentrate on the weekends.  Second, I am going to stop chewing gum.  I’ve started chewing gum at work out of boredom… it isn’t great for me given all the chemicals, aspartame, etc.  so this week I am going to try to get through the week without it.
