All in all, I think I did okay this week. I definitely didn’t chew any gum so that is a plus. I did, however, eat after 8:30 pm as I started eating dinner too late almost every evening. On the plus side, I didn’t overeat and I felt good about what I ate each day and really that was the goal so I’ll consider it pretty successful.
My goal for the weekend is to not overeat. I always have such a hard time with overeating on the weekends and I really just need to make it through at least one! What’s your healthy step?
