I’ve been into fitness and nutrition for as long as I can remember. Growing up, being active and eating a nutritious diet was just the way we lived. As I grew older and began having struggles with weight, nutrition, and over exercising I started learning more about food and fitness.
HealthierGirl is the story of my ongoing journey to becoming healthier. Being healthy is much more than eating and exercising. It is also about a state of being and a state of mind. To me, being healthier is about making the right choices to ensure that you live a long healthy and happy life. Everyday we face challenges and make choices that are part of this healthy living journey.
