Well, last week my healthy step was to drink 64 ounces of water each day. I have to say that I failed miserably. I am not sure why water is so hard for me but I really do struggle to drink enough water each day. In my defense, I do eat lots of fruits and veggies which also contain water but really it is pretty inexcusable. So, this week… I’ll be trying again.
I did, though, do pretty well with sleep and protein (from a protein perspective, I’m trying to make sure I get some with each meal rather than focusing on a specific number) last week. And, the extra hour this weekend was amazing… can you guess what I did with my extra hour? :) What did you do with yours?
So, here we are in a new week and I am ready to try again do this. I WILL drink more water this week. What will you do this week to be healthier?
