After this morning’s tough workout, I headed straight to work (as I normally do). I usually have about 40 minutes between when my workout ends and when I need to be at the train station… it takes me about 10 minutes to walk there so that really leaves only 30 minutes to get myself showered and ready to go. Luckily, I am a pretty low maintenance kinda gal.
I got a good extra 25 minute nap on the train. I am always extremely nervous when I wake up that I’ve snored. I think I need to invest in a small recorder to check. Can you just imagine? The horrors.
Anyway… today’s snacks are exactly the same as the past two days: String Cheese, a couple of servings of Fiber 1 cereal, a Gnu bar, couple of servings of carrots and peanut butter. Out of all these things I think the peanut butter is definitely turning into my favorite. I’ll spare you the same boring picture of the same snacks- but if you are really interested – you can find one here.
I was able to sneak out for another quick walk during lunch today. With temperatures like this in February, who can resist? Union Square was bustling yet again but this time with the farmer’s market. Okay … my picture might not show a ton of bustle but you’ll have to take my word for it.
I think I mentioned, yesterday, that I was off to the grocery store / Costco this weekend to get some new portable “snacks” that I can add in. So… what do you like to snack on? Any good suggestions for me?
